At Smallflower, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty and apothecary purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unopened products in their original packaging, ensuring that fragile glass bottles or containers are well-protected for transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label or address the package to our Chicago warehouse, then drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
