Highly recommended in Germany, Midro tea is a gentle, yet effective way to naturally create a laxative effect. Contains Senna leaves (Sennesblatter), peppermint leaves, cumin, sweet wood root, larkspur, and malva. Start with 1/4 or 1/2 teaspoonfuls, then adjust the dosage as necessary, using a maximum of 1 tablespoon.

Do not use during pregnancy or with children, acute-inflammatory illnesses of the intestine, e.g., Colitis/ulcers, appendicitis.
